Directions: This part is to test your ability to do practical writing. You are required to write two
brief memos ( 备忘录) according to the following information given in Chinese.
Remember you do not have to translate the Chinese word for word. You should write the memos in the Composition Sheet.
1. 荣欣(Rongxin)进出口公司经理王刚上午9点打来电话，说对方至今未收到我方的货物。
若我方尚未发货，必须立即与他本人取得联系，否则将取消订货合同。
2. 新城公司经理王明(Wang Ming)先生上午10时来拜访总经理。他希望与总经理讨论在本
市设立一家食品厂的事宜。总经理正在开会，无法接见。王先生将于下周一离开。请总经
理今天下午打一电话给他。
1. Wang Gang, the manager of Rongxin Import and Export Company, called at 9:00am. He said
they haven\'t received our goods yet. If we haven\'t delivered the goods, we should contact him
at once. Or they will cancel the order.
2. Mr. Wang Ming, the manager of Xin Cheng Company, came to visit G. M. at 10am. He wished
to discuss with G. M. the possibility of opening a food factory in our city. G. M. was having a
meeting and so couldn\'t see him. Mr. Wang will leave next Monday. He asked G. M. to call
him this afternoon.
